Kohinoor Foods allots 430959 shares

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2008, has allotted 4,30,959 (Four Lac thirty thousand nine hundred and fifty nine only) shares to a Bond holder of the Company, at a conversion price of Rs 76/- per shares in terms of the offering circular upon conversion of FCCB.
