Kisan Mouldings allots 40 Lakh warrants

Kisan Mouldings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 40,00,000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants through preferential issue to Promoters and non-promoters.
