K Sera Sera to consider allotment of warrants to Yes Bank

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2008, inter alia, to Allot Fully Convertible Warrants to Yes Bank Ltd on preferential Basis, subject to in-principle approval of Stock Exchanges.
