Rama Pulp allots 2250000 Convertible warrants

Rama Pulp & Papers Ltd has announced that on October 06, 2008, the Company have allotted 22,50,000 Convertible Warrants, convertible into equal number of equity shares within 18 months from the date of allotment, pursuant to the special resolution passed in Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2008.
