GE Shipping allots 10000 shares

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that the Company had, on August 09, 2007, allotted 50,05,000 convertible Warrants on preferential basis to certain Promoters and Non Executive Directors of the Company.

Mr. Rusi N Sethna jointly with Mrs. Arnavaz Rusi Sethna has opted for conversion of the 10,000 Warrants allotted to them, into equity shares at the predetermined price of Rs 312.75 per share. Pursuant to this, the Preferential Issue Committee of the Company on October 01, 2008, has allotted 10,000 equity shares to Mr. Rusi N Sethna and Mrs. Arnavaz Rusi Sethna.
