Country Club allots 700000 warrants

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 01, 2008, has allotted 7,00,000 convertible warrants to Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director, (Promoter) of the Company consequent to the resolution passed by the shareholders in 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 05, 2008 at the rate of Rs 770/- per warrant convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each to be exercised within 18 months from the date of allotment.
