National Plastic allots 410000 shares

National Plastic Technologies Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders for Issue of 410000 Equity Shares @ Rs 14 per share on Preferential basis the board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2008 has allotted 410000 Equity shares at Rs 14 per share on Preferential Basis to National Polyplast (India) Ltd.
