Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Boils to allot 1175000 warrants

Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2008, has considered and approved issuance of 10,00,000 Warrants on preferential basis to Promoters / PAC and 1,75,000 warrants to Roquette Freres, Foreign Body Corporate as per the preferential issue guidelines laid down by Securities and Exchange Board of India and at a price to be determined in compliance of the above guidelines.
