Bartronics India allots 616768 sjares

Bartronics India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 6,16,768 Equity Shares on conversion of 20 foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
