Mahindra & Mahindra allots 12827552 equity shares

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated July 18, 2008 & August 12, 2008, that the Company on September 27, 2008, has allotted 1,28,27,552 Ordinary (Equity) Shares of Rs 10 each to the M&M Benefit Trust pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mahindra Holdings & Finance Ltd with the Company and their respective Shareholders. The above 1,28,27,552 Ordinary (Equity) Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary (Equity) Shares of the Company.
