Marksans Pharma to allot 8400241 shares to Bamacle LLC

Marksans Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2008, inter alia, has decided to make allotment of 8400241 Equity shares of Re 1/- to M/s. Bamacle LLC on preferential allotment basis.
