Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Board Meeting on Sep 26, 2008 to allot 2560000 shares

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2008, to issue and allot 2,560,000 equity shares on a preferential basis at a price of Rs 45/- (face value Rs 10 with a premium of Rs 35/- per share) to M/s. Eskay Niryat Pvt. Ltd - 1,280,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 45/- each and M/s. Promtech Impex Pvt. Ltd - 1,280,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 45/- each.
