Jyoti Board Meeting on Sep 25, 2008 to consider conversion of warrants

Jyoti Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 25, 2008, inter alia, to consider allotment of 2,99,404 Equity Shares on conversion of Equity Warrants to Mr. Marut R Patel, a Non-resident Indian, on Preferential basis, pursuant to the Special Resolution already passed by the shareholders, under Section 81(1A) in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2007.
