Kalindee Rail allots 497362 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2008, has considered option exercised by Foreign Currency Bond holders of USD 1,800,000 out of total USD 7,000,000 Foreign Currency Bond and accordingly 4,97,362 no. of equity shares have been allotted to Bond holders.
