Haryana Financial Corporation allots 80000000 shares

Haryana Financial Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2008, inter alia, have issued / allotted 8,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each (at par) as per following details, to the Governor of Haryana (State Govt.) on September 11, 2008 against the share capital contribution of Rs 80,00,00,000/- received from the State Govt. during the year 2008-09 under section 4 & 6 of SFCs (Amendment) Act, 2000.
