Core Projects allots 862116 equity shares

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee at its meeting held on September 19, 2008, have approved the allotment of 8,62,116 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each on conversion of FCCBs.
