Gayatri Projects Cancels issue of Preferential Warrants to promoters

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced about the issue of 15,00,000 warrants resulting into equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a later date on preferential basis in terms of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to the promoters of the Company, as approved in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 24, 2008 stands cancelled / withdrawn as the issue / allotment has not taken place in terms of Chapter XIII - Clause 13.4.1 of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
