Koffee Break Pictures allots 550000 shares

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the committee in their meeting held on September 12, 2008, converted 5,50,000 warrants into 5,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 21/- including premium of Rs 11/- per share at cash to Nalini Gada: 3,00,000 No. of Shares and Dipesh Jain: 2,50,000 No. of Shares.
