United Credit to allot 1055086 preference shares

United Credit Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2008 has approved the allotment of 1055086 Nos. 12.5% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion at same number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
