Emco allots 20,00,000 shares at Rs.600 to QIBs

Emco Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has allotted 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 600/- per equity share to Qualified Institutional Buyers pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000.
