California Software to disinvest stake in 2 companies

California Software Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2008, inter alia, has given permission to Company's subsidiary to disinvest their entire holdings (66.67%) in Codex Co. Ltd, Japan.

The Board also approved Divestment of Company's holdings (51.28%) in Team Frontline Ltd, Cochin.

The Board approved Shifting of Registered office from 1205, DBlock, 12th Floor, Tidel Park, Chennai - 600113 to "Robert V Chandran Tower", Seventh Floor, # 149, Tambaram Velachery Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai - 600 100.

The stock was trading at Rs.73, down by Rs.1.05 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76 and low of Rs.72.

The total traded quantity was 309 compared to 2 week average of 433.
