K Sera Sera to allot securities to Yes Bank

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2008, inter alia, has approved the notice convening Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2008.

The Board has approved issue of Equity Linked Instrument to Yes Bank Ltd on preferential Basis.
