BAG Films allots 4600000 equity shares

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Company at its meeting of Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 27, 2008, allotted 46,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each, by conversion of 46,00,000 warrants, to Anu Films and Communications Pvt. Ltd of New Delhi, at a price of Rs 13 per shares (including a premium of Rs 11 per shares).
