Themis Medicare to issue warrants to promoter group

Themis Medicare Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved the matter of issue of 3,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to one of the Indian Promoter Group i.e. S D Patel and family and Persons Acting in Concert (PAC). The pricing of the warrants shall be not less than the Guidelines for Preferential Issues under SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
