Baba Arts allots 649530 equity shares

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution effective August 25, 2008 have allotted 6,49,530 equity shares of Rs 4/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 40/- per share (total price of Rs 44/- per share) to Smt. Joshna R Tanwani (Promoter) - 4,00,000 shares allotted, Shri. Gordhan P Tanwani (Promoter) - 49,530 shares allotted, Shri. Ajay Acharya (Non Promoter) - 2,00,000 share allotted.
