Pioneer Agro Extracts Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2008, to consider preferential issue of shares / warrants / Partly Convertible Debentures / Fully Convertible Debentures pursuant to the provisions of the Section 81(1A) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 & other applicable SEBI guidelines.
