Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India's leading hospitality companies, today announced the signing of Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai. This signing further strengthens the group's footprint in Tamil Nadu, expanding its presence across key commercial and leisure markets.
The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
With this addition, the group's portfolio in Tamil Nadu expands to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming developments.
Located in Madurai, one of Tamil Nadu's prominent cultural and commercial centres, the hotel will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting room, fitness centre and swimming pool.
