KSH International Posts Stellar Q1 FY27 Results with Revenue Doubling to ₹1,164 Crore and PAT Up 86%

KSH International Limited ("KSH International") (BSE/NSE: KSHINTL), India's leading manufacturer and exporter of specialized magnet winding wires, today announced its financial results for Q1 FY2027.

Management Commentary:

Rajesh K. Hegde, Managing Director of KSH International said: "Growth in our higher value-addition Specialized Wires, specifically CTC, meaningfully outpaced the healthy growth in Standard Wires, driving volumes, exports and unit economic profitability in Q1. During the quarter, we also signed a long-term framework agreement with a large Global transformer OEM to supply their global production facilities over the next five years. Our next phase of capacity expansion in Phase 2 is on track to come online in Q2, and last week, we commissioned our upcast backward integration facility as well. In summary, Q1 was another quarter of strong execution as we build out capacity to capitalise on the strong demand environment in our end use industries."

Explosive Top-Line and Volume Expansion

During Q1 FY27, KSH International recorded a 108.4% year-on-year surge in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching INR 11,642.4 million (₹1,164.24 crore) compared to INR 5,587.1 million in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, top-line revenue expanded by 14.3% over the INR 10,183.4 million reported in Q4 FY26.

Total sales volume grew by 30.3% year-on-year to 7,969.2 metric tonnes (MT) in Q1 FY27, up from 6,114.1 MT in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, sales volume saw a 4.7% increase compared to 7,611.8 MT executed in Q4 FY26.

Segmental Breakdown and Export Traction

The company demonstrated all-round revenue momentum across its product categories:

Specialized Wires Revenue: Increased by 113.1% year-on-year to INR 8,092.8 million in Q1 FY27, up from INR 3,798.1 million in Q1 FY26 and rising 14.3% sequentially over INR 7,079.1 million in Q4 FY26.

Standard Wires Revenue: Expanded by 83.0% year-on-year to INR 2,739.3 million compared to INR 1,496.9 million in Q1 FY26, representing an 18.6% sequential growth over INR 2,309.2 million in Q4 FY26.

Other Operating Income: Surged by 177.4% year-on-year to INR 810.2 million against INR 292.1 million in Q1 FY26 (up 1.9% QoQ from INR 795.1 million).

Export Revenue: Grew by 75.5% year-on-year to INR 2,835.1 million compared to INR 1,615.1 million in Q1 FY26, logging a sequential rise of 12.0% over INR 2,532.1 million in Q4 FY26.

Profitability and Operational Realisation

Operating profitability and net profit recorded significant gains, propelled by higher EBITDA per ton metrics:

EBITDA: Jumped 84.6% year-on-year to INR 743.7 million in Q1 FY27, up from INR 402.8 million in Q1 FY26, and expanded 32.0% sequentially from INR 563.4 million in Q4 FY26.

EBITDA Per Ton: Advanced by 41.6% year-on-year to INR 93,325.0 per ton compared to INR 65,885.2 per ton in Q1 FY26, achieving a 26.1% sequential uptick from INR 74,018.3 per ton in Q4 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Surged 86.2% year-on-year to INR 422.2 million (₹42.22 crore) in Q1 FY27 from INR 226.8 million in Q1 FY26, while registering a 22.3% quarter-on-quarter increase compared to INR 345.3 million in Q4 FY26.

The solid quarter highlights KSH International's strengthening operational scale, expanding product mix toward high-margin specialized wires, and strong execution across both domestic and international markets.

Shares of KSH International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 900.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 900.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 67102 in over 5243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 915.00 and intraday low of 892.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60759163.00.
