Yatharth Hospitals Posts Record Q1 FY27 Results with 51% YoY Revenue Surge to ₹392.7 Crore; Declares Maiden Interim Dividend

Leading North Indian private super-specialty healthcare chain Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited (NSE: YATHARTH | BSE: 543950) has declared its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), delivering a strong operational performance highlighted by half-century top-line expansion and strategic capacity milestones.

Key Financial Performance

Revenue from Operations: Surged 51% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹3,927 million (₹392.7 crore) in Q1 FY27, up from ₹2,592 million in Q1 FY26. On a sequential (QoQ) basis, revenue grew 15% compared to ₹3,416 million in Q4 FY26.

EBITDA: Advanced 39% YoY to ₹917 million in Q1 FY27 compared to ₹660 million in the corresponding prior-year quarter, and rose 15% sequentially over ₹799 million in Q4 FY26.

EBITDA Margin: Stood at 23.3% for the quarter (down 209 basis points YoY from 25.4% in Q1 FY26 and 5 basis points QoQ from 23.4% in Q4 FY26). Adjusted EBITDA margin, excluding the initial operational dilution from the newly operational Faridabad Sector-20 and New Delhi facilities, stood higher at 28.1%.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached ₹454 million in Q1 FY27, registering an 8% YoY increase compared to ₹420 million in Q1 FY26 and a 2% sequential rise over ₹447 million reported in Q4 FY26.

Rapid Unit Breakeven: The company's recently commissioned Faridabad Sector-20 hospital achieved EBITDA breakeven in a record timeframe of just nine months.

Maiden Interim Dividend: In a capital reward for shareholders, the Board of Directors of Yatharth Hospitals has declared a maiden interim dividend of 5% on the face value of equity shares.
