Rochem Separation Systems India Pvt Ltd secures order worth Rs. 16 crores

Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited, has secured an order of INR 16 crores from a specialized rail engineering and manufacturing company, for the installation of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.

This order has been received in the ordinary course of business and is to be executed over 28 weeks. The said order is expected to strengthen the Company's consolidated order book and contribute positively to its revenue visibility over the execution period. Further, the promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the order, and the aforesaid transactions do not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.

The receipt of this order reinforces the Company's capabilities in delivering advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions, particularly in the domain of Zero Liquid Discharge systems, and is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's operational performance and growth trajectory on a consolidated basis.
