PNC Infratech Ltd receives LOA for order worth Rs. 194.40 crores

PNC Infratech Limited has received Letter of Acceptance dated 27.5.2026 (LOA) from Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh for "Construction of 4 Lane Flyover with 2 loops and 2 ramps at Shaheed Path Intersection, RHS bank of Gomti River, Lucknow (UP) on EPC Basis" for Rs. 194.40 Crore (Rupees One Hundred Ninety Four Crore and Forty Lakhs only) exclusive of GST. The Company has received the aforesaid Letter of Acceptance, today, i.e., on June 1, 2026 by hand.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 207.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 204.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54046 in over 854 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 212.90 and intraday low of 206.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11321890.00.
