ASM Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs.12.00 per share, i.e. 120% on the par value of Rs.10/- per share for the financial year 2025-26, the payment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
