Bajaj Healthcare Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Bajaj Healthcare Limited has recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 30% of the Face Value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
