Amrutanjan Health Care Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.90

The board of directors of Amrutanjan Health Care Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.90 per equity share on 2,89,10,630 shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26. The Final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of AGM.
