Vedant Fashions Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 7.75

The Board of directors of Vedant Fashions Limited has recommended a final dividend of ₹7.75 /- (Indian Rupees Seven and Seventy-Five Paise only) per fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Vedant Fashions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 456.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 446.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45395 in over 1401 trades.
