Coal India Ltd declares final dividend of Rs. 5.25

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd at its meeting held on April 27, 2026 has, declared Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 @ Rs 5.25 per equity share on the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL at its meeting held on date. Payment of Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 shall be made subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing AGM.

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 452.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 455.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 252719 in over 5253 trades.
