Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8.50

The Board of Directors of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited at its Meeting held on April 27, 2026 have recommended a final dividend of 425% (Rs. 8.50 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 and shall be paid through National Electronic Clearing System (NEGS). The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders shall be paid on or after July 21, 2026.
