Jindal Stainless Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Jindal Stainless Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held today, i.e. 21st January, 2026, considered and approved the payment of Interim dividend @ 50% i.e. Re. 1 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26 to those equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Record Date fixed for the purpose. The payment of Interim Dividend will be completed on or before February 19, 2026.

Shares of Jindal Stainless Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 750.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 758.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33962 in over 1613 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 757.25 and intraday low of 735.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25359435.00.
