Bhushan Steel allots 12,00,000 shares at Rs.190

Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2006 in accordance with the terms of issue, allotted 12,00,000 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 190/- aggregating to Rs 24.00 Crores (Rs 3.60 Crores i.e. Rs 30/- per warrant was already received alongwith the application) in conversion of Warrants allotted on Preferential basis.
