AGI Infra Ltd obtains RERA, Punjab approval for 'Urbana Square'

AGI Infra Ltd has obtained registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules made thereunder from Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab bearing registration No. PBRERA-JAL33-PC0397 dated 24.12.2025 for the Commercial Project named "Urbana Square" situated at Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, Punjab.

The project will have Commercial Shops - 142 units and Office Spaces - 218 units.

The above Registration will further enable the company to increase its revenue and profits out of sale of Commercial Shops and Office Spaces of the above project.
