PBM Polytex Limited has sold land for Rs. 6.22 crores

PBM Polytex Limited has sold land admeasuring approx. 11800 square meters bearing Survey no. 227, 228 and 229, situated at Village - Saoner, TalukaSaoner, District - Nagpur, Maharashtra, for a consideration of Rs. 6.22 Crores.

The proposal to sell the said land was approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 14th November 2025. Further, the sale of land does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of PBM POLYTEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 62.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2826 in over 49 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 63.83 and intraday low of 57.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 177233.00.
