Arvind Chemicals allots 10243684 shares

Arvind Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 02, 2008, has allotted 1,02,43,684 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of erstwhile M/s. Arvind Commodities Ltd in the ratio of 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share held in Arvind Commodities Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation passed by the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court.
