Engineers India Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Engineers India Limited in its meeting held on 28th November, 2025 has, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share on the face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.

The Record date for Interim Dividend 2025-26 is Thursday, 4th December, 2025. The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from Friday, 19th December, 2025 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
