Invicta Meditek approrves issue of 2243333 shares

Invicta Meditek Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 05, 2008, inter alia, has approved the issue of 22,43,333 Equity shares and 33,00,000 Share Warrants by means of Preferential Allotment on Private placement basis by adoption of postal ballot process.
