Panacea Biotec Issues 4914592 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Panacea Biotec Ltd has announced that the company has received mandatory conversion settlement instruction of 269 bonds (Tranche 1) and conversion notices in respect of 50 bonds (Tranche 2).

Accordingly, the share transfer cum Investor's Grievances Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2006 has allotted 4914592 Equity shares of the company to the respective Bond holders.
