Suryajyoti Spinning approves preferential issue at Rs 50

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of equity shares of Rs 10/- each on preferential basis not exceeding 14 lakhs equity shares to Mr. Pietro Valenti, Non-Promoter @ Rs 50/- per share (including premium of Rs 40/- per share) subject to necessary approvals.
