Ind Swift Laboratories allots 350000 shares

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 3,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 60/- per shares to Promoters Group upon the conversion of 3,50,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants.
