Shankara Building Products Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Shankara Building Products Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs.3.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (9.96% of Standalone PAT) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The said dividend, if declared by the members of the Company, shall be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
