Shradha AI Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Shradha AI Technologies Ltd have considered and recommended, a final dividend of Rs. 0.60/- Paise [RS. 0.60 Paise Only] per equity share of face value of Rs.02/- (Rupees Two) each i.e @ 30 % on the face value of the equity shares in the capital of the Company for the financial year 2024-2025 ended 31st March 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders (Members) of the Company at the ensuing ThirtySixth (36th) Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Book Closure and Record date for the purpose of payment of the said Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 will be determined later.
