Coromandel International Ltd approves final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Ltd have approved a final dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity share on the face value of Re. 1/- per equity share and additionally a special dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share on face value of Re. 1/- each.

The Final and special dividend will be paid on or before, August 23, 2025, but within 30 days from the declaration of Final & Special Dividend in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Record Date fixed for determining the members eligible to receive the Final & Special Dividend is July 17, 2025.

Shares of Coromandel International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2250.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2214.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50665 in over 3900 trades.
